The women's Peace Network participated in the conference to announce and launch my study on: "the reality of the rule of law in Iraq according to international indicators", and " the legal framework for the right of participation of women and youth in decision-making positions (the reality of unions and federations as a model)", within the project to strengthen the rule of law in Iraq, which was established by the investigator organization to support the rule of law and democracy one of the partner organizations in the women's Peace Network and in the presence of Representatives from governmental and non-governmental institutions.

The issue of establishing the principle of the rule of law is based on a set of factors that help to build bridges of confidence in the ability of the law to adjudicate disputes and preserve and protect rights, or in its ability to deter individuals from encroaching on the rights of others.

The legal framework for the right of youth and women to participate in decision-making positions in trade unions and professional and labor unions represents a necessity to consolidate governance and the circulation of power within these institutions and give young people the opportunity in decision-making and the development and development of society.

The conference came up with important recommendations on finding practical and effective means and mechanisms in the reality of the rule of law by the three authorities, as well as ensuring the right of young people and women to freedom of association and removing legislative barriers that prevent the exercise of this right.
